We're looking for a Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our Blue Collar Construction team at ITS Building People in Southampton, specialising in Fit Out & Interiors recruitment.

The Role
As a Senior Recruitment Consultant, you'll manage and develop your own Fit Out & Interiors desk, focusing on temporary and contract placements across roles such as carpenters, painters, dryliners, ceiling fixers etc.
Your main duties will include:
* Building and maintaining long-term relationships with clients and candidates.
* Developing new business opportunities through outbound calls, client meetings, and networking.
* Proactively sourcing skilled candidates using advertising, social media, and headhunting.
* Working with a Resourcer to ensure quality, efficient placements.
* Consistently meeting and exceeding sales and activity targets.
What We're Looking For
We're looking for someone who is:
* Motivated, ambitious, and results-driven.
* Experienced in recruitment (3+ years) - ideally within construction, interiors, or trades & labour sectors.
* Confident and personable, with excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
* Target-focused and eager to grow their desk and career.
* A driver with a full UK licence (essential).
