The Globe Inn is seeking a skilled Sous Chef to join the kitchen
team. At Chestnut, we pride ourselves on using fresh, locally sourced food and
expressing culinary creativity. Working closely with the Head Chef, we are
seeking an individual who has a great eye for detail and a passion for
delivering exceptional culinary experience for our guests.

A member of the Chestnut collection of pubs, inns and restaurants we are an award-winning inn with a delightful restaurant on the North Norfolk coast, overlooking a pretty, leafy Georgian square in the traditional seaside town of Wells-next-the-Sea.
Our chefs work closely with local fishermen and butchers in Wells-next-the-Sea and around North Norfolk, taking delight in producing locally-sourced, fresh and delicious meals. The beef cattle fattened on salt marshes belonging to ancient estates and the creels of lobster and baskets of mussels and crabs brought straight up from the quay have a special, unbeatable flavour.
Job Requirements
* Ensure every dish meets our high standards for
taste, presentation, and consistency.
* Confident in kitchen operations, including
inventory management, cost control, and adherence to health and safety
regulations.
* Working closely with the Head Chef to cultivate
a positive and motivated work environment, ensuring all team members
perform to their best abilities.
