We're looking for Care Worker who embody these values and want to be part of a team that truly makes a difference. You'll support individuals to live safely, independently, and with dignity-in their own home and community-empowering them to live the life they choose.
Shift Pattern : Waking Nights 7pm-7am
Excellent Rate of pay £13.44 per hour
To provide person-centred care and support to a female individual with complex physical, emotional, and/or learning needs, enabling her to live a safe, fulfilling, and independent life as far as possible. The role involves supporting with personal care, daily living tasks, community activities, and therapeutic routines in line with her care plan.
Provide compassionate, respectful, and high-quality support tailored to the individual's specific needs and preferences.
Assist with all aspects of personal care, including hygiene, dressing, toileting, and mobility, while maintaining dignity.
Support with the administration of medication, therapies, and medical appointments as prescribed in her care plan.
Promote choice, independence, and social inclusion by supporting the individual in accessing community resources, attending appointments, and participating in meaningful activities.
Carry out domestic tasks such as cooking, cleaning, and laundry, encouraging participation where possible.
Maintain accurate records of care provided, incidents, and changes in condition or behaviour.
Adhere to safeguarding, health and safety, and confidentiality policies.

Understanding of person-centred care and the ability to follow detailed care plans.
Empathetic, patient, and resilient approach to care.
Willingness to provide personal care and support with intimate tasks.
Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and sleep-ins/waking nights if needed.
Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of vulnerable adults.
NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Health and Social Care (or equivalent)
Training in moving and handling, medication administration, and first aid
Ongoing training and development
