Job Title: Coordinator for Trainee Solicitors and Apprentices
We are seeking an individual to take on a key role in supporting and co-ordinating our Trainee Solicitors and Apprentices. The role would suit someone with experience in an administrative or co-ordination role, ideally within an HR, recruitment, or early careers environment.

Key Responsibilities
* Support our trainees and apprentices through exams and work experience, contributing to innovation and growth across Flex HQ.
* Provide administrative and coordination support for all Flex Trainee programmes.
* Monitor the apprenticeship programme, including reviews with apprentices and training providers.
* Maintain accurate records and reports for apprentices, interns, and trainees.
* Act as a point of contact for programme participants, managing shared inboxes.
* Report to the Head of Trainee Success on activities like project updates, mentoring, study progress, exam results, and journals.
* Lead new initiatives and projects to enhance the programme.
* Support internship programme coordination and delivery.
* Assist with performance management processes such as probation reviews and appraisals.
* Coordinate interviews and assessment centres with the Talent team.
* Promote social mobility within the legal industry and support Flex’s mission to close the inequality gap.
Key Requirements
* Proven experience in administrative, coordination, legal, or paralegal roles.
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
* Experience supporting diverse stakeholders and managing priorities.
* Ideally, background in HR, recruitment, or early careers.
* Genuine interest in professional development and social mobility.
