What You'll Be Doing: Leading the solution design for Workday Financials projects, including foundational data modelling
Aligning functional, integration, and data workstreams to deliver high-quality outcomes
Engaging with stakeholders from C-suite to finance teams to ensure business alignment
Driving business development through demos, workshops, and technical solutioning
Collaborating across HR and finance transformation teams to deliver end-to-end value
Coaching and mentoring junior team members to grow future leaders
What You'll Bring: Experience delivering or using Workday Financials, or strong ERP/finance transformation background
Ability to align technology with strategic business outcomes
Strong stakeholder engagement skills, including C-level advisory experience
Expertise in integration design using APIs, middleware, and legacy systems
Proven leadership in managing onshore and offshore delivery teams
Strong analytical, digital, and business consulting skills
