You’ll champion our dispute resolution framework, coach leaders, and help shape inclusive practices that foster a positive culture. If you thrive on making a real impact and building strong relationships, this is your opportunity to help us embed fairness and collaboration at the heart of everything we do.Key responsibilities Provide first-line advice and guidance to managers and employees on ER matters including disciplinary, grievance, performance, and absence management, with autonomy to lead standard cases through to resolution.Support the Senior ER Specialist in managing complex cases and investigations, contributing to strategy and resolution planning.Lead the development and continuous improvement of ER policies, procedures, and toolkits, ensuring alignment with best practice and organisational values.Maintain accurate and confidential records of ER cases and outcomes, and ensure data is used effectively to inform decision-making.Monitor ER case trends, analyse data, and escalate recurring issues or risks with recommendations for proactive interventions.Design and deliver ER-related training and capability-building sessions for line managers, supporting a shift toward confident, values-led resolution practices.Apply and embed the organisation’s dispute resolution framework to support fair, timely, and constructive resolution of workplace issues, escalating complex cases as appropriate.Collaborate with HR Business Partners and other stakeholders to ensure ER practices are aligned with broader HR and cultural transformation strategies.Stay informed of changes in employment legislation and ER best practices, contributing to internal knowledge sharing and continuous improvement initiatives.
