An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Site Agent to join a long-term bridge construction project in Manchester. This is a key site-based role on a major infrastructure scheme, offering an immediate start and a stable two-year contract.
Role Overview:

Full responsibility for the day-to-day delivery of bridge construction works
*
Leading and coordinating site teams, engineers, and subcontractors
*
Driving programme performance while maintaining high quality and safety standards
*
Ensuring compliance with all HSEQ requirements and approved RAMS
*
Liaising closely with the Project Manager, client, and design teams
*
Managing site logistics, plant, materials, and sequencing of works
*
Proactively identifying and resolving technical and operational challenges
Candidate Requirements:
*
Proven experience as a Site Agent on bridge or heavy civils projects
*
Strong technical knowledge of structures, concrete, and highways works
*
SMSTS, CSCS (Gold or Black), and First Aid
*
Confident leader with excellent organisational and communication skills
*
Available to start immediately and commit to a long-term contract
Package:
*
£450–£550 per day
*
Outside IR35
*
2-year contract on a high-profile infrastructure project
