We’re hiring for a successful and growing IT/Software business that is seeking an experienced Business Administrator and/or Office Manager to join our team. This is a key role, providing day-to-day support to the Senior Leadership Team (SLT) and ensuring the smooth operation of our office. The Key Responsibilities: The role is quite varied, with the majority of the focus on HR support and general office management rather than PA duties to the SLT. Broadley expained: The breakdown of responsibilities will be: HR Support (40%) This includes onboarding and offboarding, generating general correspondence, maintaining our HR platform, and providing day-to-day administrative support as needed. Office & Facilities Management (30%) Tasks such as ordering supplies, overseeing general health & safety requirements, and liaising with contractors for any office-related maintenance or services. PA Support to SLT (10%) There is a small element of traditional PA duties, but this is not a primary focus of the role. Fleet Administration (10%) Mainly light-touch responsibilities such as monitoring vehicle trackers, ensuring insurance is current, ordering fuel cards and dealing with any penalties/fines that come in. Most of the fleet is leased, so there’s minimal direct vehicle management.
