We’re hiring for a successful and growing IT/Software business that is seeking an experienced Business Administrator and/or Office Manager to join our team. This is a key role, providing day-to-day support to the Senior Leadership Team (SLT) and ensuring the smooth operation of our office. If you're organised, proactive, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you! The Key Responsibilities: The role is quite varied, with the majority of the focus on HR support and general office management rather than PA duties to the SLT. Broadley expained: The breakdown of responsibilities will be: HR Support (40%) This includes onboarding and offboarding, generating general correspondence, maintaining our HR platform, and providing day-to-day administrative support as needed. Office & Facilities Management (30%) Tasks such as ordering supplies, overseeing general health & safety requirements, and liaising with contractors for any office-related maintenance or services. PA Support to SLT (10%) There is a small element of traditional PA duties, but this is not a primary focus of the role. Fleet Administration (10%) Mainly light-touch responsibilities such as monitoring vehicle trackers, ensuring insurance is current, ordering fuel cards and dealing with any penalties/fines that come in. Most of the fleet is leased, so there’s minimal direct vehicle management. ISO Administration (10%) includes arranging surveillance visits and ensuring our Business Management System remains up to date.Ensure compliance with ISO 9001:2008 and ISO 27001:2013 What We’re Looking For: Proven experience as a Business Administrator, HR coordinator, or Office Manager Highly organised with excellent attention to detail Strong communication and interpersonal skills Proactive, positive, and able to work independently Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-changing environment Confident using Microsoft Office and general office systems Able to work with discretion and professionalism at all times Strong customer service and stakeholder management skills Benefits: Competitive salary to £26,000 Supportive and collaborative team culture Opportunities for progression Involvement in business-wide initiatives How to Apply: Click Apply Now to submit your CV and a brief cover letter telling us why you're the perfect fit for this role
