About the role:

What your days will look like:
You will join our team of experts specialising in supporting clients with their Corporate Tax Compliance and Tax Accounting obligations. Our clients range from multinationals to smaller mid tier clients across a wide range of industry sectors, providing you with opportunities to broaden your technical knowledge.
You will work alongside other tax specialists managing a range of activities for the clients in your portfolio including:
1. Up-front scoping and engagement planning with clients
2. Liaising with the Data Management team on the approach to data collection for your clients
3. Managing a portfolio of clients, being the primary contact for all corporate tax compliance related matters.
4. Review and submission of tax accounting schedules
5. Review and submission of corporation tax returns
6. Experience working across a broad range of clients and technical areas, including the opportunity to specialise in a particular technical area or industry, tax accounting, real estate, financial services, private equity, large corporates and private business.
7. Being empowered to apply a growth mindset and play a part in shaping the future of compliance practices, approaches and technology.
8. Developing transferable professional and digital skills, including leadership, coaching, communication and relationship capabilities.
This role is for you if:
9. Strong UK corporate tax skills
10. Sound accounting knowledge, including familiarity with accounting principles and ability to understand and interpret statutory accounts.
11. Must possess a tax professional qualification ( ACA, ATT, CTA, ACCA (or an international equivalent) or have equivalent work experience. This includes international candidates who qualify through experience in their home country.
12. Developed client service ethos and are agile in meeting client needs
13. Be able to establish, build and maintain a good working relationship with key decision makers.
14. Be an effective delegator and strong coach for junior staff.
