Business Analyst - Technology, Business Change, Integration
Up to £550 per day (Inside IR35)
London / Hybrid (1-2 days per week onsite)
6 Months
My client is a high profile organisation who urgently require a Business Analyst with experience in Technology and Business Change, working on requirements gathering and use case design for integrations, to join a business critical programme.
Key Requirements:
* Demonstrable experience of working as a Business Analyst within both Technology and Business Change in large, complex and heavily regulated organisations
* Expertise in gathering business requirements for integrations
* Good understanding of customer journeys, customer experience and the ability to attract customers into buying a product
* Proven experience of working in an Agile environment (working in Scrum Teams etc)
* Collaborative approach to work with a positive, can-do and influential personality
* Excellent stakeholder management skills and style with ability to communicate with technical and non-technical audiences up to C-Level in addition to report writing and story telling
* Proficiency with tools such as Jira
* Flexible approach towards hybrid working, with ability to travel to other sites if required
Nice to have:
* Commercial awareness of supplier relationships
* Familiarity with OKRs
* Good understanding of system integration and associated tooling
* ISEB certification or equivalent
* Immediate availability
