We are currently looking for a Business Analyst to join our team based out of our London office. The role involves analysing and understanding business processes, problems and opportunities, and proposing effective process and system improvements. You will own and manage the product backlog using Azure DevOps (or similar tools), working with business stakeholders to prioritise work and translate requirements into clear Epics, Features and User Stories with well-defined acceptance criteria. Working closely with development, testing and delivery teams, you will support successful project outcomes, engaging with senior stakeholders across the business to clarify requirements, manage change and contribute to the delivery of insurance platform and wider transformation initiatives within an Agile environment. To be successful in this role, you will be an experienced Business Analyst with a strong background in the insurance industry and a proven track record of delivering IT and digital change initiatives, ideally involving core insurance platforms. You will have a strong working knowledge of Agile and DevOps delivery, including backlog management and minimum viable product-driven approaches, and be confident working with stakeholders across both technical and non-technical teams. Comfortable operating in a fast-paced transformation environment, you will bring a pragmatic and collaborative approach to change delivery. Experience with tools such as Azure DevOps or Jira, along with data analysis (e.g. SQL), reporting tools, or process modelling, is highly desirable.
