Responsibilities
* Support the development and implementation of the JD Europe property strategy.
* Prepare business cases for store investment opportunities, including catchment, demographic, competition analysis, site visits, and detailed sales forecasts within your designated market area.
* Travel to gain in-depth, on-the-ground knowledge of the store estate and retail hierarchy.
* Collaborate with the Data team to maintain and analyze key spatial databases (loyalty card/mobile/survey data, footfall, Retail Venue rankings, analogue models) to identify key drivers of store performance.
