About the Role:
We are looking for an energetic and enthusiastic Entertainer to join our team at one of Darwin Escapes’ beautiful holiday destinations.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys engaging with people, creating memorable experiences and delivering a fun, welcoming atmosphere for guests of all ages. As an Entertainer, you will play a key role in providing a varied programme of daytime and evening activities, ensuring every guest has an enjoyable and memorable stay.
This is a hands-on, guest-facing role, ideal for someone who is confident, creative and thrives in a lively environment. You will work closely with the wider team to deliver high-quality entertainment and uphold the excellent standards Darwin Escapes is known for.
This is a fixed term position working variable days, including evenings, weekends and bank holidays.

Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver a varied programme of daytime and evening entertainment for guests of all ages
• Host activities such as quizzes, games, sports sessions and family events
• Perform or assist in evening shows, live entertainment and themed events
• Engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner, creating a fun atmosphere
• Promote activities and encourage guest participation
• Assist with setting up and clearing down entertainment areas and equipment
• Ensure all activities are delivered safely and in line with health & safety guidelines
• Work closely with other departments to enhance the overall guest experience
• Maintain high standards of presentation and professionalism at all times
What We’re Looking For:
• Previous experience in an entertainment, leisure or hospitality role is desirable
• Confident, outgoing personality with strong communication skills
• Ability to engage with guests of all ages
• A positive attitude and strong team player
• Creative and proactive approach to delivering activities
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing schedules
• Good organisational skills and attention to detail
• A passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences

About The Role
Additional Information:
This is a fixed term role and will require flexibility to work evenings, weekends and bank holidays in line with business needs.
This role is highly interactive and will involve standing for extended periods, as well as setting up and moving equipment where required. A high level of energy and enthusiasm is essential.
