This role combines leadership, regulatory oversight, and continuous improvement.Key responsibilities:
* Lead, coach, and performance-manage a compliance team
* Ensure compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and operational controls
* Set clear expectations, monitor KPIs, and drive accountability
* Oversee day-to-day compliance operations and issue resolution
* Identify risks and process improvements to enhance efficiency and control
* Act as an escalation point and key contact for stakeholders
About you:
* Proven leadership and people-management experience
* Strong background in compliance, risk, or regulated environments
* Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
* Ability to manage workload, prioritise effectively, and drive results
