Role Description The Renewals Advisor role is a full-time, on-site position based in Polegate. The Renewals Executive will handle policy renewals from start to finish, including reviewing existing policies, preparing renewal terms, and presenting options to clients. They will proactively contact customers ahead of renewal dates, discuss coverage needs, and provide clear, compliant information to support informed decisions. Daily tasks include updating client records, processing renewal documentation, handling mid-term adjustments, and ensuring all activities align with internal procedures and regulatory requirements.
