Assistant Engineering Group Leader

As part of our engineering group, you will lead a small design & analysis team to develop, qualify, and support landing gear systems throughout their life cycle. Under the guidance of an Engineering Group Leader, you will meet milestones and deliverables on time, within budget, and to quality standards. Key Responsibilities
* Lead a team of engineers to meet project milestones and deliverables, managing technical, financial, and scheduling aspects.
* Promote professional and personal development of team members.
* Develop 'fit for purpose' technical solutions ensuring compliance with processes and procedures.
* Prepare Work Package Specifications supporting team objectives.
* Monitor activities for schedule and cost adherence, identifying risks.
Candidate Requirements
* Proven results in engineering activities.
* Strong project management, communication, and decision-making skills.
* General understanding of finance.
* Experience in coaching and developing others is advantageous.
