Job Title: Water Hygiene Engineer

Our client is a leading name within the Water Hygiene / Treatment industry, who has recently won new work in the North West of England. They are recruiting for a Water Hygiene Engineer to undertake ACOP L8 compliance duties to ensure client sites remain safe for use. Duties will include: tank cleans and disinfections, TMV servicing and routine water sampling. Ideally, they are seeking someone who has a varied skillset and ability to adapt to changing client requirements. Salaries on offer are competitive and benefits include: training, overtime opportunities and company vehicle.

Experience / Qualifications:
* Experience working as a Water Hygiene Engineer
* Comprehensive knowledge of ACOP L8 and HSG 274 guidelines
* Flexible to travel in line with company needs
* Comfortable discussing technical matters with clients
* Able to work independently and within teams
* Good literacy, numeracy and IT skills
The Role:
* Undertaking ACOP L8 compliance duties across a range of commercial, public sector and domestic premises
* Showerhead disinfections
* Flushing of little used outlets
* Cleans and disinfections of cooling towers and cold water storage tanks
* Calorifier inspections
* TMV servicing and failsafe checks
* Routine water sampling and temperature monitoring
* Recording completed works and compiling into reports
* Representing the company in a professional manner
