Role Summary:
Join our dynamic Airport Control Centre as a CCTV Coordinator. In this vital role, you will be responsible for the coordination, administration, and maintenance of our CCTV systems. You will ensure compliance with data protection regulations, support operational teams, and play a key part in keeping our airport safe, secure, and efficient.
Key Responsibilities
CCTV Requests and Coordination
* Manage and respond to internal and external requests for CCTV footage
* Log, track, and maintain accurate records of all requests
* Extract and securely share footage using approved channels
* Schedule and coordinate viewing appointments for authorised individuals
* Provide formal statements to law enforcement and attend court if required
User Access and Administration
* Manage and maintain user access to the CCTV system, including third-party users
* Set up and deactivate login credentials as required
* Provide general administrative support to the department
System Maintenance and Reporting
* Monitor and report on the functionality of CCTV cameras
* Log faults using the Computerised Maintenance Management System (CMMS)
* Raise purchase orders and monitor expenditure on repair work
* Conduct basic serviceability checks and maintain system mapping
Person Specification
Essential
* Strong organisational skills with attention to detail
* Competent in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
* Clear communication skills, both written and verbal
* Ability to manage confidential and sensitive information responsibly
* Willingness to learn and develop technical knowledge of CCTV systems
* The successful applicant will be required to pass enhanced vetting
Desirable
* Previous experience in administration, facilities, or a security-related role
* Interest in IT, security, or data protection
* Familiarity with logging or maintenance reporting systems
