A high‑growth, premium FMCG business is seeking an outstanding Procurement Director to lead its global sourcing strategy and strengthen a multi‑region co‑manufacturing network.
What You’ll Lead
* Global procurement strategy - driving resilience, sustainability, cost efficiency.
* Strategic sourcing across Asia, EMEA & North America, with a major focus on dual‑sourcing & near‑sourcing.
* Supplier performance across cost, quality, delivery, and risk.
* Key input into early‑stage innovation and manufacturing execution.
* High performing team of direct reports.
You Must Have
* Essential: Deep experience managing Asian co‑manufacturer network.
* International procurement leadership within FMCG/CPG.
* Strong track record in complex contract negotiation and cost optimisation.
* Ability to influence at exec/board level in fast‑growth, entrepreneurial environments.
* Experience of successfully leading teams and developing talent
* Flexibility for global travel + weekly HQ presence in the North West.
