An outstanding independent Hotel is seeking a Chef de Partiewho can assist with the running of the busy kitchen. As Chef de Partie you will also be expected to work closely with the Head Chef to ensure that the kitchen runs smoothly
Requirements:
An enthusiastic Chef de Partie, with experience in a quality fresh food property is required for this role. The hotel is a busy banqueting venue, also serving afternoon teas, Sunday lunches and Pizza. An excellent all round knowledge of the kitchen is needed for this role. All chefs should have good organisational skills, able to have the kitchen fully prepped for busy service times in order to ensure that the department runs smoothly.
