The Role
As the Head of Corporate, you will play a key role in expanding and servicing the firm’s Corporate offering. Work will span M&A, shareholder agreements, joint ventures, commercial contacts and more. You will benefit from steady cross referral work from the firm’s litigation department, while also having the freedom and support to grow your own practice and profile within a genuinely ambitious environment.
Ideal Candidate
* Corporate Partner or Senior Solicitor with 8+ PQE and strong experience across M&A, Shareholder work and general commercial agreements
