Job Title: Staff Transport Driver

Job Type: Permanent, Part-Time (20 Hours Contract)
Salary: £12.54 per hour
About the Role:
We are seeking a Staff Transport Driver to join our team. This role involves transporting regional staff between Newcastle and Harbottle (Northumberland), ensuring safe, comfortable, and punctual travel to and from work.
Key Responsibilities:
* Transport Careline staff between specified locations in a safe and timely manner
* Maintain daily vehicle logs, mileage records, and report any defects or issues immediately
* Ensure the vehicle is clean, well-maintained, and roadworthy
* Promote a calm, friendly, and professional environment during travel
* Be flexible and responsive to scheduling needs based on service demand
About you:
* A full UK manual driving licence (held for at least 2 years, with no more than 3 penalty points)
* Previous driving experience preferred
* A people-focused, positive attitude
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Reliable and able to work independently and as part of a team
* Flexible availability between Monday and Sunday (specific shift patterns discussed at interview)
