Responsibilities
* Explore new AI and low/no-code tools to improve workflows
* Prototype and recommend solutions tailored to needs
* Identify and address process inefficiencies with AI
* Lead tool rollouts, including planning, training, and documentation
* Support adoption through feedback and updates
* Train teams to maximize AI tools
* Share insights via Slack and other channels
* Monitor adoption and impact with metrics
* Stay updated on AI trends to keep us at the forefront
Candidate Profile
* Curious, driven, eager to explore new tech, regardless of experience level
* Passionate about AI—tracking latest tools, models, and trends
* Experience with low/no-code tools like Airtable, n8n, Zapier, or eager to learn
* Familiar with LLMs like ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or interested in diving in
* Technically adaptable, problem-solver, innovative thinker
* Clear communicator, collaborative, independent, precise
Nice to Have
* Experience building AI-powered workflows
* Knowledge of digital marketing or creative workflows
