Luxuria Property Ltd is a vibrant and growing Construction and Property Management Company based in Virginia Water, with projects in and around Berkshire, Hampshire and Surrey, including projects on the prestigious Wentworth Estate. The company was founded in 2015 and is forever expanding.
The successful candidate will need to be enthusiastic with a can-do attitude. Be resourceful, organised and timely. Additionally, be able to work alone, or as part of a wider team. Attention to detail and a high quality of work is a must.
We are seeking a Carpenter who also has multi-trade experience.
You will need to have a minimum of 5 years experience as a carpenter.
Experience in the below areas is essential-
* The ability to fit and hang doors
* Fit architraves
* Cut roofs
Experience in any of the following areas is an advantage -
* Plumbing
* Tilling
* Painting and Decorating
The salary offered is 40k per annum depending on experience.
You will need to have a full driving licence and access to your own tools.
A Company van and fuel card will be provided.

Schedule:
* 8 hour shift (07:30 - 16:30)
* Monday to Friday
Ability to commute/relocate:
* Virginia Water, Surrey: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
Experience:
* Carpentry: 5 years (preferred)
