About the Role
This role is ideal for a Senior Care Assistant with care home experience who is confident leading shifts and delivering high‑quality elderly care.
Responsibilities
* Provide person‑centred elderly care
* Lead and support Care Assistants on shift
* Complete care plans and risk assessments
* Monitor resident wellbeing and escalate concerns
* Support medication administration
* Ensure CQC compliance and care standards
Qualifications
* Experience as a Senior Care Assistant
* Care home background (elderly care essential)
* Level 2 Health & Social Care
* Good leadership and communication skills
* (Level 3 desirable or willingness to work towards)
Required Skills
Experience as a Senior Care Assistant, care home background, good leadership and communication skills.
Preferred Skills
Level 3 Health & Social Care or willingness to work towards it.
Pay range and compensation package
£13.90–£14.45 per hour, competitive hourly pay with weekend uplift, fixed 2‑week rota (includes alternate weekends).
