What youll do Support customers with daily living tasks to build independence and achieve their goals. Help with meals, shopping, budgeting, tenancy, and moving towards independent living. Support customers to attend appointments, hobbies, college or work. Assist with personal care and medication as outlined in support plans. Complete risk assessments, support plans, goals, and reviews. Time for chats, building relationships, and working closely with colleagues.
