Hybrid is looking for a skilled, curious, and commercially minded Commercial Bid Writer to help us win partnerships with universities across the UK, US and around the world.

The Opportunity
As our Commercial Bid Writer, you’ll be at the heart of high-stakes, high-impact proposals to some of the world’s leading universities.
You will:
* Create persuasive, high-quality bid submissions
* Turn complex briefs into clear, powerful narratives
* Work closely with experts across media, creative, insights, and strategy
* Bring together research, data, case studies and team knowledge to build winning stories
* Shape how Hybrid presents its value to the world
* Play a key role in securing partnerships that influence global education outcomes
This is a role with visibility, ownership, creative space, and genuine impact.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Writing stand-out commercial bids and proposals
* Interpreting and analysing tender requirements
* Researching, structuring and developing narrative responses
* Coordinating timelines, deadlines and contributions across multiple teams
* Editing, refining and elevating each submission
* Staying curious — keeping up with trends in media, marketing and higher education
About You
You don’t need to tick every box — but you’ll thrive if you are:
* A strong, persuasive writer with excellent attention to detail
* Analytical, curious and able to interpret data
* Comfortable collaborating with multiple teams
* Able to manage deadlines with confidence and calm
* Driven by purpose and motivated by producing excellent work
Experience in marketing, media, education or commercial writing is a bonus — not a requirement.
