We have an exciting opportunity for an Employee Relations Specialist to join a growing ER and HR Operations team. In this role, you will manage a broad blend of Employee Relations and HR Operations responsibilities, with a strong emphasis on ER case management and complex employee matters.

Key Responsibilities
* Handle escalated HR queries and complex ER casework
* Support investigations, performance management, flexible working requests, and organisational change
* Partner with HR Centres of Expertise to align on policies and processes
* Manage HR transactions including job changes, onboarding, benefits administration, and data updates
* Create and maintain HR documentation, including knowledge articles
* Identify and implement process improvements and automation opportunities
* Support accurate ER reporting and maintain robust documentation
Experience, Skills & Qualities
1. Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field (or international equivalent)
2. Proven experience managing Employee Relations cases
3. Strong communication skills with excellent attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities
