Role Description. We’re looking for a detail‑oriented Accountant with up to 2 years of experience, ideally with a background in client services or administrative support within accounting. In this role you will assist with the client conversion and onboarding processes, ensuring new clients experience a smooth transition to Clearcut Accounting. This position combines foundational accounting knowledge with strong problem‑solving and organizational skills. You will play a key role in supporting client sign‑ups, providing essential guidance during onboarding, and assisting the sales team with client needs and queries.
Key Responsibilities
* Apply accounting knowledge to understand and address client needs during the onboarding process.
* Assist in the conversion process by helping prospective clients through sign‑up, ensuring they have a clear understanding of our services.
* Support new clients by providing a seamless onboarding experience, setting up essential administrative and account functions.
* Communicate with the sales and client services teams to address client questions and ensure timely responses to client inquiries.
