Key Responsibilities: Perform routine and emergency plumbing repairs and maintenance in social housing units. Fit bathrooms Repair, and maintain unvented hot water systems. Diagnose and rectify plumbing faults in a timely and efficient manner.Requirements: NVQ Level 2 in Plumbing or equivalent qualification. G3 Certification for unvented hot water systems. Proven experience in plumbing maintenance and repairs, preferably within social housing. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
