We are looking for a compassionate, dynamic and motivated person to join the team as a Senior Support Worker in one of our vibrant supported living services in Laceby, Grimsby.
Our services provide excellent care and support to individuals with a range of support needs, including learning disabilities, autism, complex needs and non-verbal communication requirements. As a Senior Support Worker, you will work alongside the management team to assist with the co‑ordination and delivery of high‑quality, outcome‑focused, person‑centred care to the people we support. You will be positive about supporting people to increase their independence and ensure that they are at the centre of all decisions made about their lives.
Key Senior Support Worker Duties:
* Supervising, empowering and mentoring a team of staff alongside the Grimsby management team.
* Ensuring policies and procedures are adhered to and services run effectively.
* Developing and sustaining warm and trusting relationships with people we support, families, friends and stakeholders.
* Provide outcome‑focused care to empower people we support to lead healthy, safe, fulfilling, valued lives, maintain their tenancies, participate in their local community, develop independent living skills and achieve their personal goals and desired outcomes.
