Transport Team Manager (Any 5 from 7)
Client: Leading FMCG Logistics Provider
Shift Pattern: 5 out of 7 Day Working (06:00-14:00 / 14:00-22:00) over an 8-week cycle, not alternate (including weekend working typically 1 in 2)

Loom Talent have been exclusively appointed on a Transport Team Manager (Any 5 from 7) vacancy by a leading FMCG business, due to rapid growth at their largest site in the network, based in the Walsall.
People-Centric Leadership: Lead and inspire a dedicated team of circa x80 colleagues to reach their full potential. Health & Safety: Uphold rigorous health and safety standards, fostering a culture of safety awareness throughout the Transport distribution arm of the business.
Performance Metrics: Performance Management: Proven experience managing under / over performance, along with experience leading; Probation reviews, return to works, PDP's, Annual Reviews and Disciplinary's.
Utilise your experience with Transport Management Systems (TMS) and Business Systems to drive operational efficiency.
Customer & Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support the seamless flow of goods from the warehouse to the end customer.
The successful candidate for Transport Team Manager (Any 5 from 7) position will have the following skills and experiences:
Have a Logistics Distribution and Supply Chain background - Essential.
Have experience working within a FMCG background - Advantageous.
Have a minimum of 3+ years' experience at a Transport Supervisor / Transport Shift Manager / Transport Operations Manager level - Essential.
Exceptional people management and leadership skills - Essential.
Commutable to Walsall, for 5 days per week - Essential.
