The Role
Were looking for an experienced and hands‑on
Multi Service Manager
to oversee operations across several service lines, including Industrial Cleaning, Window Cleaning and Grounds Maintenance.
This is a varied, fast‑paced role where youll lead teams, plan schedules, manage clients, and ensure that work is delivered safely, efficiently and to a high standard.
*Key Responsibilities:*
* Plan and manage industrial, window and grounds maintenance work schedules.
* Lead, develop and motivate multi‑disciplinary teams.
* Carry out site visits, inspections and ensure all RAMS and compliance requirements are met.
* Manage performance, holidays, absences and staff issues when required.
* Maintain strong client relationships and handle queries professionally.
* Allocate tasks based on site surveys, cleaning methods and operational requirements.
* Ensure high standards of service delivery across all allocated sites.
* Identify improvements, efficiencies and opportunities to expand services.
*About You*
Were looking for someone who is:
* Experienced in managing cleaning, industrial services or multi‑site FM operations.
* Highly organised with strong planning and time‑management skills.
* Able to lead and motivate staff at all levels.
* Confident communicating with clients and resolving issues quickly.
* Comfortable working in a fast‑moving environment where no two days are the same.
* Positive, proactive and service‑focused.
* Full UK driving licence required.
