About the Content Partnerships Team
The Content Partnerships team is central to Sky's aggregation leadership. Our vision is to super-serve Sky's direct-to-consumer business through best-in-class partnerships, enabling Sky to reinvest in the content and innovation our customers love.
We secure, grow and innovate with the world's leading streamers, brands and content providers across all Sky products — from local Public Service Broadcasters to global streaming platforms. We build and maintain long-lasting, strategic partnerships that deliver value for our customers, our partners and Sky.
Working closely with Sky Media, we leverage advertising innovation to create a truly integrated 360° partnership approach — spanning content, distribution, monetisation and customer engagement.
The Role This is an exciting opportunity at the heart of Sky's business. You will join a close-knit, high-performing team managing high-value partnerships across Europe, securing the best content for Sky customers while delivering strong commercial outcomes for both Sky and our partners. You will work across the full lifecycle of partnerships — from deal negotiation and on-boarding through to in-life management. This includes overseeing all key touchpoints across content, advertising sales, product innovation, distribution strategy and customer-facing initiatives. This role offers broad exposure, commercial responsibility and the opportunity to shape partnerships that drive real strategic impact. What you'll do:
* Work closely with the Directors of Content Partnerships to drive Sky's largest and most strategic partnerships, including streaming partners, pay TV content brands, and public service broadcasters.
* Own and lead a portfolio of partnerships, while supporting the Directors of Content Partnerships on more complex deals, driving outcomes that deliver a world-class customer experience.
* Collaborate across Sky to deliver optimal results for both customers and partners.
* Lead planning and deal execution for mid-size partnerships, and support the planning and execution of complex, high-value deals alongside senior stakeholders.
* Build and maintain senior-level relationships with content partners to support Sky's strategy and maximise both customer and commercial value.
* Lead cross-functional teams across Sky and NOW to deliver against the TV product, packaging roadmap, and customer proposition.
* Negotiate commercial agreements and interpret legal contracts, working closely with Legal, Finance, and the Commercial Partnerships team.
* Lead ongoing partner management, ensuring strong performance and long-term value creation.
What you'll bring:
* A strong understanding of Sky, a passion for content, and a solid grasp of content aggregation, pay TV, direct-to-consumer services, and TV advertising.
* Proven ability and experience distilling complex data, commercial contracts, legal drafting, and financial information into clear, compelling insights for MD-level audiences.
* Solid experience showing proven credibility and authority to represent Sky externally, clearly articulating strategy to drive strong commercial outcomes.
* Proven ability to build trusted relationships, internally & externally, and lead cross-functional teams across multiple areas of the business.
* Excellent analytical, verbal, and written communication skills.
* Strong attention to detail, with the ability to balance rigour and pace.
