This isn’t just about "checking boxes" on a resume. You are the frontline scout, the talent whisperer, and the first point of contact for the high-caliber pros we represent. The Essentials Role: Resourcing Partner Type: Full-Time | Hybrid Focus: Candidate Sourcing, Screening, and Pipeline Building Experience: 2 Years in Recruitment Sourcing or Talent Acquisition What You’ll Be Doing In this role, you are the bridge between a "Help Wanted" sign and a successful hire. You’ll be diving deep into our clients' needs and then scouring the earth to find the perfect match. The Hunt: Utilize our job board, competitor job boards, AI intelligence tools and our internal database to identify high-potential candidates for specialized roles across Tech, Healthcare, and Finance. The Screen: Conduct high-energy initial interviews to vet candidates not just for their skills, but for their "culture fit" and career goals. Pipeline Architecture: Don’t just fill one role, build a "bench" of talent so we’re always three steps ahead of our clients' needs. Brand Ambassadorship: You are the first "Jersey Hired" voice a candidate hears. You’ll be responsible for selling the client role and the "Jersey Hired" experience from the first "hello." Collaboration: Partner closely with our Account Managers to understand the nuance of every job order, because we don't do "cookie-cutter" recruiting. Your Technical Toolkit We need a researcher who knows that the best candidates are often the ones who aren't even looking for a job. Core Requirements: Sourcing Savvy: You know your way around Boolean strings, X-ray searches, and social selling like a pro. The "Vibe" Check: Exceptional communication skills and the ability to build instant rapport with candidates over the phone or video. Organization: Ability to manage multiple "fires" at once without letting a single candidate fall through the cracks. ATS Mastery: Experience keeping a clean, data-driven pipeline in an Applicant Tracking System. The "Jersey Hired" Edge (Bonus Points) Experience sourcing for niche roles (like SAP Consultants or Oncology Pharmacists). A background in agency recruiting where "speed to market" is everything.
