Are you a skilled CNC Miller or CNC Turner looking to join a forward-thinking precision engineering firm in the Poole area? We’re recruiting for two key positions— CNC Miller Programmer and CNC Turner Programmer to join one of our Poole based clients.
The Roles:
CNC Miller – Programmer Setter Operator
CNC Turner – Programmer Setter Operator
* Programming at the machine using Fanuc or Heidenhain controls
* Setting and operating CNC machines to produce high-precision components
* Reading and interpreting technical drawings
* Conducting in-process inspection and quality checks
* Working to tight tolerances and deadlines
What We’re Looking For:
* Proven experience in CNC milling or turning
* Strong programming skills (Fanuc / Heidenhain)
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* A proactive, quality-focused mindset
Competitive hourly rate: £18.00 – £23.00/hour (depending on experience)
