Job Summary:
As a member of our hospitality team at Kingsholm your primary responsibility will be to deliver outstanding customer service to our guests during matches and other events. You will play a crucial role in creating a positive and memorable experience by providing a high quality drinks service, addressing guest inquiries, and maintaining a clean and organised work environment.
Responsibilities:
* Provide a warm and welcoming greeting to guests in a friendly and professional manner.
* Take and accurately process orders in a timely manner.
* Serve drinks to guests according to our high service standards.
* Process payments using our point-of-sale (POS) systems with precision.
* Respond to guest inquiries and provide information about the stadium, events and services.
* Keep work areas clean and well-organized, including tables, counters, and serving stations.
* Set up and break down hospitality areas before and after events.
* Monitor and replenish bar supplies to ensure availability for guests.
* Follow health and safety regulations, including proper food handling and sanitation procedures.
* Collaborate with team members and supervisors to ensure efficient operations and guest satisfaction.
Requirements:
* Must be 18 years of age or older.
* Previous hospitality experience preferred.
* Excellent customer service and communication skills.
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
* Strong multitasking and organizational skills.
* Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
* Ability to stand for extended periods.
* Knowledge of food and beverage handling and safety regulations.
* Positive attitude, team player, and professional demeanor.
