Overview The position of Software Technical Specialist is a customer-facing role with a focus on training and mentoring our customers around MFG software). Working alongside the sales and technical teams, you will be helping customers adopt the new technologies they have invested in. The support that you will provide will be a key part to the success of their goals as well as the opportunity to grow adoption in that business. Although training and consultancy will be the key part of the role, there is the opportunity to work with the sales team on presenting the product to prospective customers and key events.
