Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Maidenhead. As a Service Advisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service by managing customer enquiries and aftersales processes. Daily tasks include scheduling service appointments, ensuring customer satisfaction, and communicating effectively with customers and the service team to ensure smooth operations at our BMW Centre.
Qualifications
* Customer Satisfaction and Customer-focused Service skills
* Strong Customer Service and Communication skills
* Experience in Aftersales processes
* Excellent problem-solving abilities
* Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
* Knowledge of automotive industry is a plus
* High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in automotive service or related field is beneficial
