Altius Corporate, part of the award‑winning Altius Group, is seeking a high‑performing Sales Manager to lead our team of Dealmakers responsible for SME business sales across the UK. This is a full‑time, office‑based role at Preston Docks HQ. Candidates must live within a 40‑minute commute.
Responsibilities
* Manage and motivate a team of Dealmakers
* Drive KPI delivery and sales performance
* Support deal progression and negotiation stages
* Improve CRM discipline and process effectiveness
* Conduct regular coaching and development sessions
What we are looking for
* Strong B2B sales background with proven results
* Demonstrated leadership capability
* Target‑driven and commercially minded
* Excellent communication skills
* HubSpot knowledge desirable
* M&A experience desirable but not essential
* Must live within 40 minutes of Preston Docks (PR2)
