We have an exciting opportunity for a committed and dynamic individual to join our busy payroll team. The post is office based at Kendray Hospital.
The successful applicant will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth running of the office by dealing with emails, post, and telephone calls from our 5000 staff. You must be organised and have experience of data entry to a large, complex systems as you will be responsible for inputting employee records and timesheets. Experience of working in a busy working environment is a must.

Main duties of the job
You will provide admin support to the busy payroll team where we work to strict deadlines to ensure staff are paid correctly and on time each month.
You will deal with all correspondence into the department, by post and email. You will input timesheets and create and update employee records on ESR, the NHS HR/Payroll system.
