Job Title: 1:1 Tutor/Teacher
Location:
East Midlands, Leicestershire, Leicester
Salary:
£25.00 - £30.00 Per hour
Job Duties:
* Provide individualised instruction to students in a one-on-one setting
* Create and implement personalised learning plans based on students' needs and goals
* Assess student progress and adjust teaching methods accordingly
* Collaborate with parents, teachers, and other professionals to ensure student success
* Maintain accurate records of student attendance, progress, and achievements
Required Qualifications:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or relevant teaching qualification
* Experience in delivering one-on-one tutoring or teaching
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to tailor teaching methods to meet individual student needs
Education:
* Bachelor's degree in Education or related field
Experience:
* Minimum of 2 years of teaching or tutoring experience
Knowledge and Skills:
* Knowledge of the UK National Curriculum
* Ability to assess student learning styles and adapt teaching strategies
* Excellent organisational skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and educational software
Preferred Qualifications:
* Postgraduate qualification in Education or Special Education
* Experience working with students with special educational needs

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
