Moog Aircraft Group is seeking experienced Assembly & Test Technicians to join our team at our Wolverhampton facility on a 12-month Fixed term contract. Onsite Wolverhampton, GBR.

Working 37 hours per week; Monday to Thursday 7.30 am 4.15 pm and Friday 7.30 am 11.30 am.
Responsibilities
* Assembly and test of flight-critical actuators and subcomponents with high precision and accuracy.
* Using measuring equipment such as micrometers, vernier calipers, and height gauges to inspect component parts.
* Working from engineering drawings and component maintenance manuals.
* Completing quality audits and taking responsibility for various aspects of the A&T process, including the release to service of repaired actuators.
Qualifications
* Apprentice trained (or equivalent level of qualification) ideally within Mechanical Engineering.
* Proven experience within an engineering/manufacturing role is essential, ideally within aerospace or related industries.
* Good knowledge of assembly and test manufacturing.
* Competent in reading and following different set procedures.
* Experience working within an aerospace quality system is desirable.
* Dynamic and proactive attitude.
* Security Clearance: Baseline Personnel Security Standard (BPSS) clearance is required and must be maintained for this role. If clearance cannot be obtained, you may not be eligible for the role and/or any offer of employment may be withdrawn on grounds of national security.
