Key Responsibilities
Brand Development Support
Assist in planning and executing marketing and trade initiatives that enhance brand performance.
Market & Category Analysis
Analyse market data, category insights, and competitor activity to identify trends and opportunities.
Campaign & Project Coordination
Work with creative and media agencies to support advertising, digital content, packaging, and point‑of‑sale projects.
Cross‑Functional Collaboration
Partner with sales, logistics, and internal teams to ensure the smooth delivery of marketing activity.
Performance & Budget Tracking
Monitor budgets, prepare reports, and develop clear presentations for internal stakeholders and client meetings.
About You
* Some marketing experience (such as an internship or entry‑level role).
* Ideally familiar with FMCG, retail, or the health & beauty sector.
* A marketing qualification (e.g., CIM) or working towards one is an advantage.
* Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
* Analytical thinker with strong communication abilities.
* Proactive, open to feedback, and keen to develop new skills.
