The Role
This varied position includes a healthy mix of Red Book valuations and Level 2 HomeBuyer Reports, with growing exposure to Level 3 building surveys. You’ll work closely with a supportive team of surveyors and be empowered to take ownership of your patch, build relationships, and deliver top-tier client service.
Key Responsibilities
* Carry out residential valuations, surveys, and reports to RICS standards
* Deliver accurate and timely Red Book reports
* Work closely with clients across both private and lender sectors
* Build lasting relationships and grow your presence in the local market
What You’ll Need
* AssocRICS qualification and VRS registration or MRICS
* Hands-on experience conducting residential surveys
* Strong attention to detail and a commitment to high standards
* A collaborative mindset and drive to develop professionally
* A full UK driving licence
