Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Stratford-Upon-Avon for the Head of Hosting and Hospitality. The individual will oversee daily operations, ensuring guest satisfaction by maintaining a consistent and exceptional standard of service. Responsibilities include developing and implementing hospitality strategies, managing a team, coordinating events, and ensuring adherence to industry standards. The Head of Hosting and Hospitality will also collaborate across departments to enhance customer and client experience.
Qualifications
* Hospitality and customer service management experience, with a strong focus on guest satisfaction and event coordination
* Strategic planning and operational oversight abilities in hosting and hospitality contexts
* Excellent interpersonal and communication capabilities to build relationships across multiple teams
* Attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to prioritize tasks under pressure
* Relevant qualifications or certifications in hospitality management or a related field are preferred
* Previous experience in the hospitality industry, including knowledge of industry standards and best practices, is advantageous
* Ability to work flexible hours, regular Saturday work, occasional evening support required.
