We’re now hiring a hands-on Marketing Manager to implement and execute our marketing strategy as we scale. The Role You’ll be responsible for delivering end-to-end marketing campaigns to drive: Ticket sales Exhibitor & sponsor enquiries Brand awareness and content visibility This is a delivery-led role — perfect for someone who enjoys ownership and impact. Key Responsibilities Plan and run full campaign schedules Manage email, social, website and digital performance Deliver content across newsletters, blogs and social Support the sales team with lead-gen and campaign assets Track performance and optimise results Manage freelancers and suppliers where needed What We’re Looking For Proven experience in a marketing execution role Strong organisation, delivery and communication skills Commercial mindset and performance focus Comfortable in a fast-paced, startup-style environment Exhibition, events or B2B/media experience is a plus, but not essential.
