The RoleWe are seeking an experienced MEP / Building Services Director to take on a senior, strategic role within the business. This position sits firmly within our Building Services (MEP) team but works closely with our civil and architectural disciplines as part of a fully integrated design offering.This is a key leadership role,bining:
Client growth (both existing and new)Delivery of large, high-value projectsTeam leadership and developmentFinancial and budget managementYou will play a central role in shaping the growth of the Building Services function while contributing to the wider success of the business.
Key ResponsibilitiesLead the delivery ofplex, high-value Building Services (MEP) projects from concept through topletionGrow and develop existing client relationships while actively pursuing new business opportunitiesAct as a senior point of contact and trusted advisor to clientsLead, manage, and mentor the Building Services teamCollaborate with civil engineering and architectural teams on multidisciplinary projectsOversee project financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and profitabilityDrive quality, innovation, and technical excellence across all MEP outputs
About YouProven experience in a senior Building Services / MEP leadership roleStrong background in mechanical, electrical, or public health design within a consultancy environmentDemonstrable success in both project delivery and business developmentStrong leadership and team management capabilityExcellentmunication and stakeholder engagement skillsChartered Engineer status (or equivalent) preferred
