At Kings of Neon, we transform spaces into immersive brand moments that stop people in their tracks. Our custom LED and neon installations power experiences for some of the biggest names in the world — from Formula 1 Las Vegas and major global sporting teams to global icons like McDonald’s, BMW, and the Red Hot Chilli Peppers, just to name a few.


We’re expanding across the UK and looking for a self‑driven, relationship‑obsessed Sales & Partnerships Executive who thrives in the worlds of luxury, events, hospitality, retail, and creative production.

This is a work‑from‑home role, suited to someone who is naturally proactive, disciplined, and able to create momentum without needing direction. We want someone who brings an existing network of private and business contacts they can activate from day one.


Most importantly, we’re looking for someone who understands that business isn’t a transaction — it’s a partnership. We build long‑term relationships, not one‑off deals, and we want someone who shares that mindset.


You’re perfect for this role if you:


* Love the energy of the events and experiential marketing world
* Have a passion for luxury design, lighting, and premium environments
* Build relationships with ease — from agencies to architects to brand leaders
* Bring an existing network of private and business contacts

What you’ll do:


* Drive new business across hospitality, events, retail, entertainment, and luxury sectors
* Pitch creative lighting solutions that elevate brand experiences
* Manage inbound and outbound opportunities with speed and clarity
* Collaborate with design and production teams to bring concepts to life
* Attend site visits, client meetings, and industry events
* Maintain disciplined CRM and pipeline management
* Represent Kings of Neon as a trusted partner, not a vendor
