We are currently seeking experienced Care Assistants and Senior Care Assistants to support a number of Dementia care homes across South Wales on an ad hoc / zero-hour agency basis. This role is ideal for candidates who are flexible, reliable, and available at short notice to cover last-minute shifts. Shifts Available Immediate start Day and night shifts available 7-7 and/or 8-8 Shifts offered based on service requirements Service Locations & Client Groups – Dementia care homes Caerphilly,CF83 Pontnewydd, Cwmbran,NP44 Cardiff, CF3 Pontypool, NP4 Requirements Minimum Level 2 qualification in Health & Social Care or Level 3 for Senior care assistant At least 6 months’ UK experience as a Care Assistant within the last 6 months Ability to work flexibly and accept short-notice shifts A caring, professional, and reliable approach Pay Rate £15.52 per hour (LTD rate) Inclusive of holiday pay and National Insurance If you are interested in flexible agency work and can support shifts across any of the above locations, we would love to hear from you.
